About Me
Hi, I’m Sarah, an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with 8 years of experience in delivering evidence-based exercise interventions to those with a wide variety of neurological and neuromuscular conditions. My goal is to always put you, the client, first and work together to help you move better, feel stronger and maintain your independence for as long as possible.
While my practice welcomes all neurological presentations, I have undertaken advanced training with leading experts from around the world to specialise in Parkinson’s Disease and Spinal Cord Injury. This specialised focus allows me to combine cutting-edge research with practical, compassionate care, empowering every client to move toward their goals with confidence and support.
I am inspired by the adaptability of the brain and nervous system. I truly enjoy the challenge and complexity of this work, discovering new and unique ways to help people and adapt exercises. I strongly advocate for early and active intervention to maximise recovery.
It is incredibly rewarding to help empower someone to find their strengths and achieve something they didn’t think was possible.
I aim to make exercise not only effective but fun, and one of the best ways to do this is by incorporating your favourite music into sessions. Music brings rhythm, motivation, and joy to movement. I love seeing how it transforms the experience for my clients.
My work is driven by a dedication to help clients become the best versions of themselves through movement, exercise and fun.
I take a client-centred approach, tailoring programs to each individual’s specific needs and abilities, ensuring that clients receive effective, enjoyable and meaningful care.
My approach is grounded in the belief that there is always potential for change. Even the smallest change in muscular activation or sensation can make the biggest difference.
